You’ll work alongside people who understand service life, helping guide fellow veterans through their claim, from eligibility checks to medical assessments and getting documentation in order. It’s practical, structured work that makes a real difference.
For many veterans, the role restores a sense of purpose and continuity after service, while ensuring the people we support are dealt with properly, respectfully, and by those who understand what they’ve been through.
